Answered No Team hires managers

Summary: Two saves in a row with same team has resulted in no AI teams hiring managers, which would leave me only manager in the world.
Description of Issue: Twice I've started a save as Ards in the Northern Irish league, both times, been unable to continue the save due to the other teams stopping hiring managers, this is incredibly frustrating as it has happened in a previous year.
Steps to Reproduce: Seems to occur at the end of a season, first save happened end of second season, recent one happened at the end of the first.

Are you using the default database? If not try without and customs databases if you are report as a bug to SI. I’ve never personally seen this issue.
