No transfer budget, in Ligue 1 with Evian. Need a striker. (at least 3 stars!)

Yeah, so as the heading suggests. Started a new save with Evian, they've actually got a reasonable side apart from a few positions. Got every position filled apart from striker!

My best striker is only 2 and half stars! Not good enough, i've no transfer budget, but reasonable wage.

Can't find any decent strikers, any suggestions?

Not sure about any frees, but are you able to loan one in? Maybe look for a young striker not getting game time: Benzia (Lyon), Lacazette (Lyon), Sanogo (Auxerre), Belfodil (Parma, probably not an option), Jordan Ayew (Marseille), Gianni Bruno (Lille), Jelle Vossen (Genk.. doubtful), Oliveira (Benfica), Ongenda (PSG).
