No Transfer Budget

Whenever I try to start a new game, whether I start as FM-Base in a challenge or as Manchester City, I have £0 as my transfer budget. When I try to editor in the editor or FMRTE, the budget doesn't change. I don't use any editor data files so I need help!

I'm an idiot, didn't allow first season budgets. Thread can be closed now.

make sure you have not ticked the "allow 1st season budget" box thing when you set up a new game....
