No Transfer Window?

Is there anyone out there that can, or tell me if its possible to make a database were there is no transfer window anywhere in the world of football???

I think this would be the ultimate FM challenge, to take a team to the peak of stardom with no transfers at all.

This means the money from the chairman depends on youth system, stadium expansion, upgrade youth and training facilities.

Another suggestion could be that all players are sent to the clubs they first started there careers. So for example:

Messi - Newells Old Boys

Sneijder - Ajax

Cristiano Ronaldo - Andorinha

Or could be the first senior club they played for

Messi - Barcelona

Cristiano Ronaldo - Sporting CP

i think a one day Transfer window is the best you could do
But you could place every club under transfer embargo
