NoMid (sort of a wide open 4-4-2...!)

Let's get to it. This is a sort-of 4-4-2 with no real midfield. I don't know why it works, but it does. Tested with Arsenal and Stoke, both with great results.

Arsenal we got top of the league, only 13 goals allowed with a +52 goal difference and 7 points clear of Chelsea. Blew through Champion's League group as well.

Stoke we got Second place - yes, it's early (still playing this save), but not many tactics work at all with Stoke (we suck), so Second's a good accomplishment!

No OI's. Man marking specifics are already built-in, so it's plug and play. Training doesn't really matter. I do Balanced Average for Team and Att. Movement for Match Prep, but who knows if that does anything. Corners you want wingback to take them.

Usually you're not going to win 12-1 or 10-0 like some crazy tactics, but this one is very consistent. More realistic.

Haven't tried it with a huge team like Barca or Madrid, but it should dominate. I'll try it with a Lower League team next, but as long as you have the right players, it's good.

Looks really impressive, testing with newcastle second season
 
Tried this in the middle of the undefeated dominated season as Bayern, lost to Cologne 3-1, reload and lost 4-2 and 5-2, 80% fluid . Cant say nothing bad. It is playing exactly like it should be playing after first look, so my bad, always wish for best
But I just have to say what I never saw such a bad defence.

Dang, you must have the totally wrong players then. Bad defense? :P 13 goals given up in 22 games with Arsenal's sh*tty defense is not "bad".

I'm trying with Bayern right now, because they can't be that bad.
