I might start one over the weekend if I get the time.
This season might be another clean sweep..

Anyone care to test it in Vanarama Conference North/South?
I'm afraid it's too random with a poor team, like all the other tactics around here. :/
Dude, I always though you are noob or just crazy because I see you come to different threads and say that there's no tactics work in Vanarama Conference.
Now I see you are really insane... you show screenshots where Gainsborough which is predicted 21th has 7th stading in the league table... for f!@3 sake… you are greatly overachieving.
FM isn't FIFIA and it's supposed to be realistic and If you are looking for a tactic which can easily make you win the league with the weakest team then you waste your time… you'd better go play FIFA...
You need to understand that a good tactic make you overachieve with the players you have but it has its limits.
I'm no noob, I know what this team can and can't do.
It's just that I've played through the same first season many times with many different tactics and know what level of in(consistency) I should expect.
I know the patterns that crop up in this league and how deceiving tables can look.
I'll play until the end of the season and we'll see.
Do you understand that any place above 21th you'll get with this tactic is a good result? And it'll prove prove that the tactic "works" because when you use it you get result better than you were predicted!
If you say that the tactic "works" only in case when you are able to win the league with the weakest team in that league then you probably play wrong game... FM is supposed to be realistic and that would be very unrealistic.
If you manage the weakest team in the league then be happy to finish somewhere mid table and you already can call it an extremely good result... LOL or as I said you can go to play FIFA
I've completed the Pentagon challenge on FM 15 so I know what I'm talking about.
If you've completed the Pentagon challenge, then you should know you can't expect Gainsborough to win 100% of games in the first season you try a new tactic
At lower league level FM15 is completely random. Save before a game and replay it and you'll get 5 completely different results. Get beat 1-0 then win 6-1 then draw 4-4.Exactly. I never said I expected to win the league, but there's a certain standard of performance that's required. It's not about position on the table, either, but consistency in creating chances and playing well.

Obviously no game replayed will produce the same exact same result but the swing in results is ridiculous this year
