When I started my Dartford save in BSS I employed free agent players with good coaching staffs on non contracts so they got paid on apperances and goals of which they got nothing because I never played them. After back-to-back promotions we're just about to start are 1st season as full time professionals in League 2.

The back room staff all said they are retiring at the end of upcoming season so I'm not sure whether to keep them and get one more year free coaching or whether my full time 1st and youth players need full time staff?

I'm looking forward to my training and youth facilities which should be finished by October but where I was getting 50k per month profit I'm worried with a considerable larger wage bill (still 2k under budget) that the club might not turn much of a profit if I get all full time staff this season?
