Non-EU players

I am playing in the Spanish league.

For some non-EU players it takes 10 years for them to gain nationality so they no longer count towards my limit for the league requirements (maximum 3 non-EU players in the squad)

What country in Europe is the best to send them on loan to to gain nationality fastest?

Ideally a country that only requires 1/2 years.

Croatia is the shortest, they join in between the 1st and 2nd season. That takes 2 years. Next shortest is Belgium with 3.
