None good regens from academy

I played FM a couple of seasons now, with AC Milan, Ajax, Napoli and Liverpool.
But, I have never got any good players from my youth acadmey.
I have very good facility and trainers, so I can't see why I never get any good future stars in my clubs.
Togheter I must be around 10-15 seasong..


Is this a normal problem, or am I just having very bad luck?

10-15 seasons without a good regen is too much, but sometimes you have a bad luck. However, you can make that up by good scouts and signing regens when they are small so there clubs wouldn't ask for tens of millions

You have to be lucky with regens from acadamy. In my Ajax saves I'd mostly get 1 player with 4 star potential.
