--------------The March Of The Cobblers - A timmsy123 Story

-------------------------View attachment 33695

Motivation:
As you can all see I am a Northampton Town fan unfortunately, which has meant I’ve had to suffer year after year of disappointment and false board promises. The team has been languishing in the bottom leagues of English football for as long as I can remember. This is what has driven me to take charge of the club and to attempt to lead then out of the doom and gloom and take them to the dizzy heights of Premier League football. My love for the club is my main motive behind doing this and is therefore the reason where you can count on me to go ahead with this adventure and not give up until I have reached my goal.

Northampton Town FC – A Background:
Founded in 1897, Northampton Town are a professional English club currently playing in Coca-Cola League 2 after being relegated from League 1 at the end of last season. The club is affectionately known as the Cobblers and retains a fierce rivalry with Peterborough United and Rushden and Diamonds. The club enjoyed probably their best spell of success during the 1960’s. Although now entering a twenty-two year barren spell (See I told you it was hard being a fan!), having not won a competition since 1987, the Cobblers still have a history of which they can be justly proud. Northampton finished runners up in the English 2nd tier for the only time in 1965, won the English 3rd tier for the only time in 1963, finished runners-up in the Community Shield in 1909 and won the English 4th tier for the only time in 1987 and finished runners-up two times.

The club play their home games at the 7,653 all-seater Sixfields Stadium:

The club possess adequate training facilities and an adequate youth setup:

Current Squad:
Goalkeepers: Simon Brown and Chris Dunn. Dunn is a young goalkeeper with a bit of potential and Brown is an experienced lower league keeper. I feel that neither of these are good enough for a play in the starting place so a replacement will be required

Defenders: The team possess an average defence with the experience provided by John Curtis and the youth provided by Pat Kanyuka and Paul Rodgers. Craig Hinton is the current Northampton town captain and plays at centrehalf, again however I feel we need to strengthen in this department if we are going to achieve promotion back to League 1 at the first attempt.

Midfielders: This is one of the stronger departments of the team where the squad possess good strength in depth. Notably the best midfielder currently at the club is Luke Guttridge, closely followed by winger Liam Davis. However, Davis is injured for the first 4 months of the season so a short-term replacement will need to be found, the club is also lacking in a strong right winger as I don’t feel Ryan Gilligan is up to the required standard.

Forwards: The strongest striker in the squad by far is Adebayo Akinfenwa who is ten times better than our next best striker Steve Guinan. The club does have a lot of players in this position, with Billy McKay and Gary Mulligan also in the ranks, however I feel the club needs another top, quick striker to play off Akinfenwa.

Financial Status Of The Club:
A few years ago Northampton Town were taking over by businessman David Cardoza and were known as the Chelsea of the lower leagues due to their free-spending nature, however recently Mr Cardoza’s money seems to have ran out and the club are in some financial difficulty. The club has a £2,000,000 loan that needs to be repaid an because of this transfer and wage funds are limited. I say limited, the transfer budget is £0 and the wage budget is £17,658 and the club is already spending £16,180 on wages.

good luck with it! It looks ambitious but I hope you follow the story through to its conclusion and I will be following!

I don't think many Peterborough United fans would follow this.. :P

Rivalry between the Cobblers and the Posh ;) I will as well :D

Ambitious but good luck. I'll follow cos I could do with some lower league tips atm...and always like a challenge.

Cheers for the good luck wishes guys, the challenge is very much underway :)

Pre-Season Update

Transfer News(In):
Northampton have announced a number of signings to bolster their squad as they attempt to bounce straight back to League 1.

Ritchie De Laet - The young Manchester United centrehalf has joined on loan for the season with Northampton paying no fee or wages to bring the player to the club. De Laet is an experienced young player having made a handful of appearances for the United first team and has previously spent some time on loan at Wrexham

Febian Brandy - The young, pacy Manchester United striker has joined fellow team mate Ritchie De Laet at Northampton on a season long loan. Brandy has experience of lower league football having had previous spells at Swansea City and Hereford United.

View attachment 33733

Carl Ikeme - The 23 year old Nigerian goalkeeper has joined on loan until the end of the season from Wolves after he was deemed surplus to the requirements at his parent club and is relishing the oppurtunity of first team football. Ikeme will slot straight into the starting 11 as he is twice as good as current keepers Brown and Dunn.

View attachment 33731

Javan Vidal - The 20 year old young English right back has joined on loan for the rest of the season from Manchester City. Vidal spent last season on loan at Aberdeen and made 13 appearances whilst at the Cyldesdale Bank Premiership club and hopefully this experience of playing at a higher level will help him to fit in straight away at Northampton.

View attachment 33735

Jamie Ness - After using up all 4 of his same-nation long term loans manager Timms scoured the scottish leagues for a central midfielder to take on loan and came across Jamie Ness. Ness has joined on a season long loan from Rangers and has said he is relishing the prospect of first team football as Ness has never previously played in a competitive senior game.

View attachment 33734

Aaron Doran - The pacy young Irish winger has joined the club from Blackburn Rovers on an initial 3 month loan with a view to extending it if it proves successful for both parties involved. Doran played 3 times for the Blackburn first team last season and is held in high regard as one of the clubs hottest prospects for the future.

View attachment 33730

Lucien Mettomo - The Cobblers snapped up the Cameroonian international centrehalf on a free transfer after his contract at Veroia ran out. The former Southampton player has represented his country 48 times in his career scoring one goal.

View attachment 33744

Lars Stubhaug - Northampton managed to snap up the young Norweigan stopper on a free transfer after former club Everton chose not to renew his contract at the end of last season. At just 18 years of age Stubhaug is seen as more of one for the future and will be back up to Ikeme for this season.

View attachment 33745

Sean Doherty - The English left winger signed on a free transfer on a one year deal after his contract at Sligo Rovers ran out. Doherty started his playing career at Everton before moving on to further his career and has made a total of 67 first team appearances scoring 6 goals.

View attachment 33747

Christian Gyan - Gyan was snapped on a 2 year deal after his contract at previous club Wrexham ran out. The 30 year old Ghanaian right back has has represented his country 23 during his career.

View attachment 33748

Transfers Out:
Ryan Gilligan - Gilligan was allowed to leave the club after spending 4 seasons at Northampton town making a total of 115 appearances for the club. Gilligan, one of the longest serving players at the club before his transfer left for £40k to join SPL side St. Mirren.

Andy Holt - Holt joined Northampton from Wrexham on a free transfer in the 06-07 season, after spending 3 seasons at the club manager Matthew Timms decided his time with the Cobblers was up as his only attribute is a bloomin' long throw! Holt joined conference side York City for £30k.

Courtney Herbert, Alex Dyer and Chris Dunn all joined feeder club Kettering Town on a season long loan to gain first team experience as their oppurtunities would have been limited at Sixfields this season.

As you can see there were many heavy defeats and i'm not going to look into them too much as i specifically arranged games against opposition with a 'very large reputation' to generate much needed income to help with the clubs financial difficulties. Pleasing results were the 3-0 win away at Weymouth, the 4-0 home win against the GH academy and only losing 2-1 to Championship side Reading wasn't a bad result. Overall the players managed to start to develop an understanding during these games as the team is almost completely brand new, it also allowed the players to get some much needed match fitness.

Good luck mate ill be here watching all your ups and downs :)

August Review

Northampton 3-0 Macclesfield
Scorers:
Aaron Doran
Sean Doherty
Febian Brandy

Well what can I say ... a fantastic start to the season. Although this was a game I’d have down on paper as a comfortable 3pts, the lads made sure they weren’t complacent and got the job done. Great to see 3 of my new signings getting on the score sheet, and this is an early indication that the loan signings are going to be the difference maker this season.

Coventry 3-1 Northampton (Carling Cup 1st Round)
Scorer:
Akinfenwa

A spirited performance against a superior Coventry team, we took an early lead through Akinfenwa and i started to get a bit giddy, but then Coventry's class shone through with 3 second half goals.

Chesterfield 1-3 Northampton
Scorers:
Febian Brandy (3)

After a slow start Chesterfield took an early lead on 10 minutes, this seemed to give the players the kick up the backside they needed and Febian Brandy was on hand to level the scorers 7 minutes later. Brandy then put the away side ahead on 24 with a sublime solo effort, taking on 3 players before slotting the ball home. Brandy then went on to complete his hat-trick on 27minutes after using his pace to beat the offside trap and then cooling finishing the chance before wheeling away to celebrate his 10 minute hat-trick with his team mates. This was where the scoring stopped and the Cobblers put in a professional performance and managed to hold out for the 3points.

Accrington 1-2 Northampton
Scorers:
Aaron Doran
Febian Brandy

Once again it took an opposition goal before the Cobblers got into this match, Proctor scored from the penalty spot for Accrington just after the half hour sending them into the half time break with a 1-0 lead. However, this lead only lasted seconds after the restart as Febian Brandy bagged his fifth goal of the season on 46. After the equaliser it was all Northampton, and Town managed to pick up their second goal, which proved to be the winner when Aaron Doran scored a magnificent solo effort on 58.

Northampton 5-0 Bournemouth
Scorers:
Osman
Ness
Doherty
Brandy
Doran

Northampton welcomed fellow promotion challengers Bournemouth to Sixfields for what should have been a very close encounter; however this was far from the case. Northampton were 1-0 up after just 2 minutes when Abdul Osman powered home a header from a Doherty corner. Jamie Ness then doubled Northampton’s lead, the on loan Rangers midfielder hit a 20yrd thunderbolt which crashed into the top corner of the net. The Cobblers then extended their lead when they were awarded a penalty for a foul on Aaron Doran; Sean Doherty stepped up and coolly converted to make it 3-0 as the sides went in for half time. After the break Northampton continued their scoring when fox-in-the-box Brandy was on hand to score Northampton’s 4th and his 6th of the season. Aaron Doran completed the rout and capped off a Man of the Match winning performance with the 5th goal.

Burton Albion 0-2 Northampton
Scorers:
Sean Doherty
Aaron Doran

Northampton ended the month of August with a tough away trip to newly promoted Burton as the Cobblers looked to extend their winning run to 5 consecutive games and they duly delivered. Sean Doherty opened the scoring just after the quarter hour mark and his free transfer is looking to be like a great piece of business. Aaron Doran doubled the lead just before half time with a far post tap in after a Doherty cross. The second half continued with more Northampton pressure, however the Burton keeper had a blinding second half and managed to keep the score down.

Player of the Month:
Aaron Doran – The on loan Blackburn winner has been in fine form throughout August scoring 4 goals and claiming 2 assists, just pipping Febian Brandy to the award. Based on his recent performances I’ll be doing all I can to extend his current loan deal.

Top Scorer:
Febian Brandy - 6

Month Overview:
A fantastic month, couldn’t have asked for more from the lads! New signings have settled in well and as the side start to gel even more things can only get better. 5 games played, 5 wins, 15pts, 15 scored and only 2 conceded.

(Special thanks to Mike and KevyMatts for the fantasy kits used in my story)

Hope you guys are enjoying reading my story, sorry for taking a while to do my first update i've been busy with Uni! Any questions/comments feel free to ask.

September Update

Southampton 6-3 Northampton (JPT 2nd Round - Bye 1st Round)
Scorers:
Brandy (2)
Mettomo

All i can say is what a game! Probably one of the most frustrating and exciting FM games i've ever played despite losing the battle of the 'Amptons'. We went 4-0 down before half time and i thought it was going to turn embarresing and then Brandy got one back straight after the break to make it 4-1. They then made it 5-1 and we could have given up but we continued to attack and scored twice more to make it 5-3. Southampton got a 6th with 8mins to go with the final result being 6-3 to the home side. Although it was a heavy scoreline i wasn't too downhearted as we did go there and try and attack from the outset and got punished, after changing my tactics to counter attack we started to get into the game.

Northampton 2-1 Barnet
Scorers:
Guinan
Brandy

Northampton welcomed Barnet to Sixfields with the home side having a thread-bare squad. A couple of nigly injuries and 4 players away on International duty meant that Town's squad would tested. A goalless first half provided more questions than answers and some inspiring words at half time and a slight tactical tinker from Timms saw Northampton take the lead through Guinan on 49, the veteran striker showing a cool head to slot the ball home from close range. However, things didn't go to plan for Timms' side after they took the lead as Barnet equalised through Yannick Bolasie on 66. Timms was looking for an instant reply from his side and that is what he got when Febian Brandy broke the offside trap and burst away from the last defender before blasting the ball into the top corner of the net.

Notts County 2-2 Northampton
Scorers:
Osman (pen)
Jamie Ness

Northampton travelled to Meadow Lane for what would prove to be their toughest test yet. Notts County were well known promotion favourites from the start of the season and proved the pundits right when they took the lead through Jonnie Jackson. However, in form Northampton levelled from the penalty spot after Febian Brandy was hauled down in the area, Abdul Osman stepped up to coolly slot the ball home from 12yards. The two sides went into the break level with nothing to choose between them, however on 66mins a thunderbolt from the left boot of on-loan Rangers midfielder Jamie Ness put the Cobblers 2-1 up. With 15 to go Timms changed tactics to play more defensively and see out the game, however they were unable to do so as Ben Davies equalised for the home side on 86 minutes making it 2-2 and causing heartbreak for the travelling Northampton supporters. This draw ended Northampton's 6 game league winning streak, although the Cobblers remain unbeaten now in 7.

Northampton 3-2 Rochdale
Scorers:
Brandy
Guinan (2)

Northampton welcomed fellow promotion candidates Rochdale to Sixfields and gave the visitors no time to relax as Cobblers hotshot Febian Brandy scored after just 2 minutes. Town manager Timms thought things would go his way after the early goal but the lead was short lived as Rochdale levelled things up after 4 mins through John Kennedy. After the early goal mouth action the remainder of the first half was rather dull. Long periods of Northampton pressure ensued after the re-start but it was Rochdale who took a surprise lead from the penalty spot on 68 after a daft foul by Cameroonian international Mettomo. Timms acted swiftly after the goal bringing on journey striker Steve Guinan for captain Akinfenwa and Guinan grabbed the oppurtunity with both hands as he bagged a brace to swing the match in Towns favour.

Shrewsbury 2-5 Northampton
Scorers:
Brandy
Ness
Mettomo
Doran
Guinan

Northampton manager Timms hadn't finished signing autographs for adoring fans in the crowd when on loan striker Febian Brandy picked up the ball just inside the Shrewsbury half, dribbled past 2 players before smashing the ball into the bottom corner on 7mins. The Cobblers soon doubled their lead on 15 minutes when Jamie Ness smashed one into the far corner from the edge of the box. Just after the Town fans had finished celebrating the second, Lucien Mettomo bagged a third for the Cobblers with a bullet header from a corner on 23mins. Burns pulled one back almost straight away for the Shrews on 26 and Timms started to wonder whether he'd got a bit carried away by the early goals and a come back might be on... that was until Aaron Doran fired home to make it 4-1 to the Cobblers before half time. Shrewsbury began to get into the game in the second half and got a some what deserved second on 64 and again it was starting to feel like squeaky *** time for Timms. However, veteran striker Steve Guinan got his 3rd goal in 2 games to rubber stamp the victory for Timms' side, 5-2 job done.

Northampton 2-0 Rotherham
Scorers:
Doran
Mettomo

Next up or unbeaten Northampton was a tough home match against an under-performing Rotherham United. Timms' tactic for this game was 'control' and that is exactly what his side did. Northampton carved Rotherham open time and time again and if it wasn't for recently misfiring Brandy town would have take the lead a lot earlier, however Aaron Doran was on hand to take his chance to put Town 1-0 up on 24mins. The Cobblers went into the break 1-0 despite dominating the entire first half having 60% of the possession. However it took a Lucien Mettomo bullet header once again from a corner to seal the victory for the home side bagging his 2nd in 2 games.

From The Treatment Room...
View attachment 35670
View attachment 35669

On loan Rangers midfielder picked up an injury in the 2-0 win over Rotherham. Ness pulled his hamstring and is currently receiving treatment and is expected to beat out for 4-5 weeks.

Ness's injury left the squad weak in the centre of the park so Oliver Norwood was brought in on a one month emergency loan from Manchester United.

Player of the Month

Lucien Mettomo - The Cameroonian international has been as solid as a rock at the back this month and has even bagged a few goals as well to help the teams title push

Top Goalscorer

Febian Brandy - 8

Month Overview

On the whole another great month, the team has remained unbeated for the first 2 months of the season picking up 9 wins, drawing just once, scoring 29 goals so far and conceding 9. The only slight disappointment in September was that the team has started to concede a few goals, but its going alright at the moment as long as we continue the Kevin Keegan - You score 4 we'll score 5 approach!

On another positive note Aaron Doran picked up the September young player of the month award.

October Review

Northampton 4-2 Bradford
Scorers:
Brandy
Doherty
Doran
Osman

League leaders Northamton welcomed a underperforming Bradford side to Sixfields Stadium. With the Cobblers still unbeaten in the league it was obvious that the home side were favourites and it wasn't long before they opening the scoring through Febian Brandy. That was it for the goalscoring until after the break when Sean Doherty beat his man down the left flank before firing home. Aaron Doran soon added a 3rd and then Abdul Osman added a 4th shortly after making it 3 goals in 8mins for the Cobblers. However 2 late Peter Thorne goals in the space of 4 minutes made it a nervy ending for Timms' side.

Bury 4-2 Northampton
Scorers:
Akinfenwa
Brandy

Northampton travelled away to Bury and suffered their first league defeat of the season. Town took the league early on through misfiring striker Akinfenwa on 8mins. A very closely fought 1st half ended with Danny Carlton levelling up the scores at 1 a piece. Febian Brandy restored Northamptons lead shortly after the restart and the Cobblers looked in control. However, this was not the case, after taking the lead the lads capitulated and conceded 3 more goals seeing Bury run out as 4-2 winners and leaving Timms bitterly disappointed to have been defeated for the first time.

Northampton 1-1 Lincoln
Scorer:
Doran

Lincoln were next for Northampton as Town looked to turn their form around after the defeat against Bury the previous week and Aaron Doran seemed to have taken on board last weeks criticism as he opened the scoring after 2mins. Northampton held the lead until half time but didn't seem to be in full control. After the restart a period of Lincoln pressure lead to the Imps bagging an equaliser on 59 through Shane Clarke. Northampton then got their ****'s into gear and peppered the Lincoln goal. The away side had Richard Butcher sent off on 82 and had to play out the last 8 or so minutes with 10 men but they managed to hold on dispite Northampton's best efforts to get a winner,

***News Flash: Northampton drawn away at Hereford in FA Cup 1st Round***

Morecambe 3-4 Northampton
Scorers:
Mettomo
Akinfenwa
Benjamin

Northampton made the long trip up north to face 2nd place side Morecambe. The Shrimpers were only a couple of points behind Timms' side before the game so a win for them would have seen them leap frog Northampton to the top of the table. Morecambe took the lead through Craney on 10mins before Lucien Mettomo quickly levelled things up at the other end with a bullet header from a corner. Jamie Adams then re-instored Morecambs lead with just under 10 to go before half time but once again Northampton drew level, this time through Akinfenwa 5mins before half time. After the restart the game flowed from end to end with neither side taking control, however it was Morecambe who took the lead for the 3rd time in the match through Cherno Samba. Town boss Timms' through on academy youth product Joe Benjamin with 20mins to go and this proved to be a master stroke as Benjamin grabbed his first goal for the club on 72 to make it 3-3. After coming from behind 3 times Northampton snatched a winner with 8mins to go and it was that man Mettomo again with another towering header from a Doherty corner. This win means that Northampton have firmly cemented their spot at the top of the table.

Torquay 0-0 Northampton

Northampton continued their run of mixed results as they made the long trip down to the south coast to Plainmoor to play Torquay. Obviously all of the Northampton players had been out on the razz the night before and stuffed themselves full of fish and chips as they just didn't turn up at all for this game. It was a dull game of football with neither side grabbing it by the scruff of the neck. Torquays Tim Sills had a penalty claim turned down with 10mins to go and that was about all the excitement this game had to produce. The Northampton fans that made the journey down south would have gone home very disappointed by their teams display and the highlight of their day probably being the day at the seaside!

Squad News:

I am very disappointed to announce that Aaron Doran's 3 month loan at the club has come to an end as Doran is only allowed out on a short-term loan for a max of 3 months in one season and these have all been used up. The club would like to thank Aaron for his services and efforts during his loan spell where he contributed 8 goals and 5 assits in 14 appearances.

With Doran returning to his parent club, their was a lack of strength in the right wing area of the team so Timms acted swiftly to bring in Marc Albrighton from parent club Aston Villa on loan for 3 months. Albrighton will slot straight into the first team and hopefully fill Aaron's boots.

Oliver Norwood's one month loan from Man Utd has also come to an end, we would like to thank Oliver for his efforts during his time at the club where he played 4 times contributing 2 assists, however with Jamie Ness returning to fitness after his injury I have decided not to extend Oliver's loan deal.

Player of the Month:

This months 'Player of the Month' is 19 year old academy product Joe Benjamin. Benjamin has made a couple of starts and came off the bench to make a big difference in October bagging a couple of goals and getting an average rating on 7.24.

Top Goalscorer:

Febian Brandy - 11

Month Overview:

October wasn't a great month for us, we suffered out first defeat, and picked up a few draws and only 2 wins and we also lost Aaron Doran. The team have started to concede a few goals this month and this will need to be addressed and the tactics tinkered with. Also the goals seemed to dry up this month for Febian and i hope November is a better month for him. However, on a more postive note Marc Albrighton's came in to bolster the squad and we're still top of the league.

November Update

Hereford 1-2 Northampton (FA Cup 1st Round)
Scorers:
Guttridge
Akinfenwa

The start of November brought about the 1st round of the FA Cup, and Northampton were drawn away to fellow League 2 team Hereford. Northampton dominated the early exchanges and were soon infront when Luke Guttridge drilled one home from the edge of the box. Powerhouse centre-forward Adebayo Akinfenwa added a second for the Cobblers 10mins before half time before Kenny Lunt got one back for the homeside 1min before the interval. Northampton changed to a more defensive style of play for the second half and limited Hereford's goalscoring oppurtunities and eventually managed to hold out for the win,

Northampton 4-0 Crewe
Scorers:
Brandy (3)
Albrighton

Northampton entertained 2nd place Crewe at Sixfields Stadium today and ran out worthy winners. Febian Brandy seems to have found his form again opening the Scoring on 18 minutes. However, that was it for the goal scoring in the first half with Northampton huffing and puffing but not being able to blow down the door. Soon after the break on-loan Villa midfielder Marc Albrighton doubled the Cobblers lead when he roe highest to head home from 6yds and cap off his debut with a goal. Town continued to dominated the game but failed to add to scorecard until the 89th minute when Brandy doubled his tally to make the scores 3-0. Brandy then bagged Northampton's 4th and his 3rd on 90+2 to cap off a vintage Town display.

Aldershot 1-2 Northampton
Scorer:
Benjamin (2)

A potential banana skin for Northampton was avoided as they came away from the Recreation Ground with all 3pts, but it wasn't an easy task. Aldershot took the lead early on through Iain Davidson after just 6 minutes and things weren't looking too good for the Cobblers. The Shots managed to maintain their lead until the half time break going in 1-0 up. Northampton increased the tempo after half time and began to get a foot hold in the game. However, it took an inspired substitution to bring on last months player of the month, 19 year old Joe Benjamin to change the game. Benjamin scored a magnificent solo effort on 87mins to level the scores and Timms was delighted to ****** a point, however Benji wasn't finished there as he was slid through by Akinfenwa and cooly slotted home on 89 to steal victory from the jaws of defeat for Northampton.

Wrexham 2-1 Northampton (FA Cup 2nd Round)
Scorer:
Doherty

Northampton travelled to the racecourse ground to face BSP side Wrexham in the 2nd round of the FA Cup. Timms team were favourites going into the game based on their higher league status. However, Timms' team was significantly weekend as all his English based loan players were inilegible to play so they were down to the bare bones. Timms' unfamiliar team soon found themselves behind when Roy McBain scored for the home side. Matty Wolfenden then doubled Wrexham's lead 2minutes later to send Wrexham into the break 2 goals to the good. After the restart Northampton started to play their way into the game and pulled one back on 59mins through Sean Doherty. However, that was merely a concelation as Wrexham held out and advanced to the 3rd round.

Current League Table:

Player of the Month:

Player of the Month for November was Sean Doherty. Doherty has been on great form this month contributing a goal and 3 assists and achieving an average rating of 7.44.

Top Goalscorer:

Febian Brandy - 14

Month Overview:

On the whole a good month that was merely soured by the defeat to Wrexham in the FA Cup. On a positive note we continued our good league form with another 2 victories. It was a month of coming 2nd for the team as i got 2nd place in the Manager of the Month awards, Febian Brandy got 2nd place in the Goal of the Month awards, and Joen Benjamin came 2nd in the Young Player of the Month awards!

What do people think of my progress so far? Anyone know of any non-english based players i could get in on loan in January to help bolster my squad that would join a League 2 team? Hope some people are actually reading this updates take bluddddyyyy ages!
