I am unable to hire any more coaches to my team.
All i have is an Assistant manager, 2 physios, 2 scouts, 2 youth team coaches, a gk coack and a fitness coach.
At the moment my Assiatant manager is the only guy who takes all training for my senior squad.
I have tried having them as assistant managers but the club say that i dont need an assistant manager and i dont need any more coaches?
Please help, i'm using TUGs training and my players are loosing some stats due to the fact that i can only give them 2 stars at most in each coaching catagory.
EDIT: I have the money and the wage budget to easily buy them too.
