not getting acheivements when you should

wondering if anyone can help me with this - im playing on steam, and you should get the professor acheivement when your scouting knowledge gets to 75%. i just got mine to 76% and i havnt got the acheivement - anybody know why? View attachment 165994

it sometimes does that to me. i dont know why really, i mean occasionally my steam doesnt go online and thats the only thing i can think it might be....maybe the same for you i dont know

its connected to the internet and everything, i got the acheivement for winning the WC with england just before and that worked fine :S
