I have managed to be qualified with Nottm Forest in European League, but i was not selected to be part of it next year. I was 6th Liverpool on 7th, but they are part of the group stage.

Which teams were champions of the FA Cup and the Football League Cup?
 
Unfortunately that`s correct. 6th and 7th places only go to Europe if the winners of FA Cup and League Cup are already in Champions League spots. In your save, Liverpool made a 7th place finish but won one of the cups.

Thank you for your correct answer, i already checked the rules on net that confirmed your. Its my first year playing premiere league, cose my favorite team is Inter. But i thought to change it, but i didn't know these rule.
