Can anyone offer advice please? Fresh install of Win7 and the only non windows program installed is FM2011 from download not CD. Note: Ive had this version working on this laptop before the win7 re-install. I click on the .exe file but game just doesn't load up, no black screen nothing except I think I can hear hdisk working harder like its trying to do something. I had the missing d3dx9_41.dll message so I placed that in the game directory and also in system32 and this cured that but still doesnt want to load up. Ive tried installing the game in \program files and in a non \program files folder but no joy. Ahhh does anyone have any other ideas to try??????
