Not Responding in Windowed Mode?

Ok so I thought I would try out playing in windowed mode but it seems every time I load it up now it says it isn't responding. I've tried uninstalling FM 2012 and re downloading it from steam and everytime I get the same exact response. Anyone know what is wrong?

Yeah as Kytz said just let it load i have the same problem occasionally and it does load just be paitent my friend

Or if you are too impatient, you can let it load fullscreen and then Alt-Enter out.

I just got FM2013 and its not responding? How long roughly would i have to wait to let it load, cause its just not coming on!
