Not Responding Please help

hello everone i recently have been getting a black screeen sdaying NOT RESPONDING ii then click the space bar and it goes white. It then loads up after 10-15 seconds but it happens allot how do i sort this problem thanks.

Mine always does this, I do not know why but it always comes back so I am not too fussed about it

Possibly some thing to do with your computer not been able to process it fast enough. mine tends to do it after a few seasons and the Regens start taking over

mine is worst..it took more than 5mins before it comes back again...help me..!!
