View attachment 411537 Following months of unrest at Ibrox and fans calling for his head which ultimately led to the resignation of manager Ally McCoist, the Rangers board have been quick to appoint Ewan MacGregor as the clubs new manager. The 36 year old former Rangers player held his first press conference at Murray Park earlier today.
"The club is going through a transitional phase right now, its been a period of difficulty and disappointment but you have my word, this club is going to bounce back, stronger and better than ever. I'm saddened to see the departure of Ally, a close personal friend and a very talented manager and its an honour and a privilege to pick up where he left off"
