Nottingham forest HELP PLEASE

Hi all I am no brian clough so need your help. I am managing Nottingham forest and I have there normal team, pa 4-1-4-1. can people lend a hand as I just cant win.

need more info. what type of players do you have, how are you conceding? results etc are you only losing to teams that play certain formations etc? how would you like your team to play.

I like a team t keep the ball on the floor, and all my player not very quick and no natural winger's. And my defenders just don't follow the runs from opponent players. I have so far played huddelsfield lost 3-1 then Watford lost 2-0, then Blackburn lost 2-1.

is that all u need. 1 other thing is forest also have 4-5 old useless players

silk and steel v5???? its a 4-1-3-2 and would suit forests players
