Get your AML on a free loan:

Nacer Barazite
Gael Kakuta
If you get promoted, Sofiane Feghouli is often available for less than 2 million after the first season.

This will free up some money for DC:
Sergiy Kryvtsov - I think he will go to almost any championship team. Very solid (and popular), will be good enough for your first few premiership seasons.
Danny Wilson - not sure if he will come
Dmitriy Verkhovtsev - can be picky as well
Nicolas Otamendi - he does come to some championship teams, give him a try
Mark Muniesa -might be too young if you need him right away but gets extremely good

or try seeing if Ritchie de Laet is available for loan from Man Utd, he's decent and well known but he might already be on loan first season (I've never loaned him)

Driver from hearts is a great AML in the championship.

Centre back you could try Cathcart on loan or De Laet.

Jose Manuel Velasquez has done excellently for my Sheff Weds side in the Championship. Signed from Villareal for £190k. Just turned down a bid of £4m for him.

Simon Poulsen can be had on loan usually. So can Jakob Lensky. Both are really good.

Try to sign sebastian blanco as AML.u can get him for 2m in first season.Not sure whether he will get work permit though.
