Players
Goalkeepers
Rob Burch - Your best goalkeeper, at 26 he's near his best, main strengths- Reflexes, handling, determination
David Grof - 2nd best Goalkeeper , he's got potential play similar level to Burch, young at 21 - his main strength is Eccentricity, Jumping and natural fitness
Stuart nelson - Your poorest keeper, he's got mediocre attributes, not good enough to get into the first team.
Defenders
Sam Sodje - Your best and most experienced CB, claimed 4 Nigeria caps, good physical attributes for a 31 year old and good heading
Krystian Pearce - 2nd best CB and your best youth prospect, good physical attributes
Mike Edwards - a CB that can also play in DM and CM he is the player that you would have as your sub and back-up.
Luke Chilvers - it is the very same story with this CB he's may be able to break through into the first team but he is a back up CB
John Thompson-this CB isn't good enough for the squad and should be placed in reserves
Stephen Darby-your only Rb on loan from Liverpool
John Harley-your only LB that can also play LM
Midfielders
Alan Judge - He can play as both RM and LM and is best winger in the squad with potential to be much better, and also attracts interest from bigger clubs over the season, best attribute determination and pace
Craig Westcarr- with natural roles as a RM/RW he can play Striker as well as a poacher, best attribute finishing
Alan Gow - as your LM he is't strong enough to play in the squad, best attributes technique and determination
John Spicer- he's a natural CAM but he can alternatively play CM or RM, he'll one of you main play-makers players because he's more than capable of whipping up some magic, best attributes, technique and passing.
Neal Bishop - he's the anchor man of the squad and the best one you have he's one of the most important players in the squad best attribute work rate and tackling
Ricky Ravenhill - he's a second choice anchor man but has good attributes such as his work rate bravery and strength but he has 20 aggression so it will result in yellow and red cards so he would be on your sub-bench or reserves.
Strikers
Lee Hughes - The best striker you have, he's the ideal poacher and can play target man attack as well, best attributes - penalty taking and bravery, but he has high aggression so beware of outbursts
Ben Burgess ideal for second striker, preferably as a target man, best attribute - strength
Kevin Smith he's the 3rd best and would be your sub, best attribute long shots

Any new coaches will do but try to use this filter
e.g attacking, motivation, discipline
Boardroom requests
looks for parent club- the board normally agree and they find clubs like liverpool or chelsea, accept these clubs so you can loan their players easier.
Request more coaches, scouts, physios - again they normally agree so you'll have more coaches so it spreads the workload.
