i have just started a new game with notts forest as i have never managed outside a top division and want a long term challenge and as i have no transfer budget and a average squad could do with some pointers ....

any help with free tranfers good loans or extremely cheap players?

I also was looking at bringing Forest back to the glory days, one thing though the media prediction says they are favorites for 1st and the board want the title, looking at the squad they have no CB 1 FB, and a below average squad , i found this a bit funny considering the squad strength of other teams. should be a good challenge.
