Leave team training to assistant.

Pre-match team talk: use whatever the assistant suggests.

In-match: substitute anyone with 6.4 rating or less. Substitute anyone with a yellow card. If 2 goals have been scored, substitute the GK. You can try using shouts, I never do, so I don't know if they'll help or hurt.

Half team talk: if losing, ignore assistant and say you're disappointed, calmly. If you're winning, use whatever assistant recommends.

If you win, give players 1 day of rest.

Not uncommon to totally dominate by season 2 and hold people to 1 or 2 shots per game while you shoot like crazy

Year 2: lost out on the title on the final day to Man City but beat them to win the Champions League, so I think we'll count it as a good season.

Miami - predicted to finish 24th. Instead we took 1st with a +53 goal difference, even though Messi was injured for 3 months.

Obviously works best with skilled players, but it'll work in the lower leagues too, if you keep team morale high and let the players learn the tactic. Still finished with a goal difference of +50, 16 points clear at top.

AF - move into channels
AM Supports have no instructions
AM Att - get further forward
DM - shoot less often, dribble less, hold position
Vol - no instructions
WB's - get further forward
CD - shoot less often, dribble less, hold position
BPD - take more risks, hold position
SK - dribble more, take more risks

No, I just play the same tactic home and away, big and small. You'll hit patches mid season where it doesn't work for a couple games but it always comes back if you keep team morale high.
