Novikovas.... anyone?

started a career at Aston Villa and had an agent offer me the extremely cheap (950k) left attacking midfielder Arvydas Novikovas from Hearts.
Mainly wondering if anyone has had him for longer than a season to ask if he was any good later in his career, he's been great so far.

He does get quite a bit better in all honestly but he remains a very inconsistant player

for example i bought him for blackpool

he scored 2 again westham and set 2 up

but then for about 9 or 10 games he just didnt perform (ratings of 5.50 )

He is decent at best nothing special at all,

Edit: I've already accepted a £500k offer from Torino, so he is moving clubs in January.
