I'm going to start a new career with a team from the championship. But i dont know which one yet :L
What team should i be? Also what best players can i sign on loan and also on a free transfer??

HULL! ;)

On a serious note , Hull are a good shout.
They have some quality players , a good budget and isn't too hard to achieve success.
 
Leicester, Boro, Burnley, Notts Forest. Take your pick, because the league is so open its not too dificult to achieve promotion with any team, excluding maybe Scunthorpe.

On a free transfer you can get:

Febian Brandy - Striker, Decent back up for the bigger teams and an important player for the smaller ones
Adriano Basso - GK, See Brandy
Sean Thornton - CM, decent rotation player, chips in with some great goals and has a lethal long shot

Donal McDermott on a loan is also a great signing.

IMO its best to sign youth prospects from the top Premiership clubs on loan:

M.James
J.Spence
J.Spearing
J.Fleck
D.Gibson?

kyle Walker
Kyle Naughton
Kevin Phillips(after a while in to the season)
and as you get a reasonable budget signed Hammil, Eagles, Bamba and Smithies :)

you can loan ramsey and even without much buying and selling the squad is more than capable of promotion in the 1st season, maybe you want more of a challenge though...
 
Whoever you go sign kezman ( ex chelsea/world player of the year LOL)
 
No i was trying to be sarcastic lol, since he was a major flop after his good goal record at psv
