Npower Championship vs SPL for loans?

Hey, i was wondering, where is the most beneficial place for a player to be loaned out to, a Npower championship side or a SPL side?

For example, both teams say he will become a valuable team member, so he will get lots of games either way. Oh, and the Scottish teams are not Celtic or Rangers

Since both teams hope to have him as a first team player check out their training facilities and their quality of coaches. Basically see if he'll actually get quality training in addition to first team play. If they're the same I'd probably go for the SPL team since he'll at least get to play versus teams that compete in Europe.

SPL teams all day long mate, regardless of coaching I would say playing against a better standard of player and also competing to get on at a better team will be more beneficial to the player.
