How?

After you have deleted/replaced the old ones, you have to do this as well --> When in game, under Option -> Preferences -> Display & Sound, untick 'Use Skin Cache', and tick 'Always Reload Skin On Confirm' and hit confirm.

Yeah, I found it thanks - I downloaded that trukstaff one so I was trying to learn turkish to find where it was!
