Number change

When I created a new person in the editor, he is assigned a unique i.d. Based on this i.d I have added his picture to my facepack. The problem is that the game seems to assign a different i.d. when loaded, meaning that the picture doesn't show. For example, the i.d. assigned by the editor is 1394631450 however, when I start the game, this number is now 1394633713, meaning that I have to go and re edit the facepack picture. This is not a problem if the number stays as is, but I have a feeling it will change again if I start a new game.
