I'll test your last version. was looking for a very midfielder rich tactic since I've bought too many abd don't know where to put them all :p

first comment in the thread, 2 links 1 for nxt2 and the other for the nxt3 that you saw. the basic versions are with standard mentality, but you can change it to overload if you feel like it
 
ok thanks trying the v4 now, with a few my tweaks to suit my Inter team, first game 4-0 v fiorentina :) we'll see how it performs later
 
thanks for testing :), v4 is the least one in term of possession , more players are instructed to play direct passing instead of shorter and safer passing, all of my tactics are heavily based on having high possession/ball retraining and many shots

sorry actually testing v3, its name is nxt4 so kind of got confused :) I did move back the side F9s to Offensive Mids Attack, and the B2B to DLP(D) to give it a bit more defensive stability and now it plays like a charm :)

so far 2 games and 5-6 ccc's each game :)
 
oh you are basically using the 4-3-2-1 narrow version only with dlp(D) and AM(A) instead of (S).

nice tweak, and yes i have tested many versions, and loads of them seem to work, as long as you leave the player instructions and the team instructions intact. i will release a 4-3-3 wide also today for those who are missing the regular 4-3-3 DM combo.
 
what did i do?, anyway if you guys want to try the overload mentality you should start with the v2 version see how your team adjust to that, and than move on to the more attacking versions of v1 and even more v3
