Odd Player Condition Glitch

I've got this really odd glitch thing which seems to occur randomly i'd say in 1 in 3 matches.
At half time either my team talk, or just choosing to look at my tactics, makes my players condition drop by like 10%.
I'm pretty sure the suggestion of 'I have faith' or the possibility of a substitution/formation change shouldn't physically hurt my players but it seems to do so.
Anyone else have this problem? It gets pretty infuriating when i have to keep subbing players because telling a player i'm delighted with him appears to physically harm him

lol, if you start the game again after half time you will see that they didnt loose those 10%
