BERWICK BRUSHED ASIDE
Falkirk started there pre-season in a positive way after beating Berwick Rangers 3-0 at Sheiffield Park.Falkirk started the brighter of the 2 sides and were rewarded when a Ryan Flynn corner was poked home by Kallum Higginbotham. Falkirk then doubled there lead at the half-hour point when Ryan Flynn's surging run was finished off by Higginbotham again.Robert Olejni was finally called into action late in the second half when Darren Gribben's tame shot treacled into his arms. Then from that punt Flynn got onto the end of it before the Berwick keeper and slotted home into an empty net.
MAXWELL CONTINUES SPREE
Today Falkirk confirmed the signings of 5 new players.Ex Watford player Bo Antel was the first. Then half-an-hour later he was followed by NZ Chris James and his name sake Kevin. Then late at night he came out to a tired media and confirmed that Chris Millar,Sean Thornton and Gareth Williams. The Public have been suspicious about what Maxwell is doing.Making that his 9th signing of the season and there is ment to be more.

KILMARNOCK SIMPLY TOO GOOD
Kilmarnock destroyed Falkirk today at Rugby Park.First half goals by Conner Sammon sealed the game. The second half was only made worse. An OG by Mehdi Khalis and a Danny Invincible goal. However new signing Patrick Suffo netted to make 4-1 but that was all Falkirk could give. After match new manager Jonny Maxwell said that the team hadn't bonded yet and that a lot of players were unfit.
