offer from Club to train

In this fm23 clubs make offers to train there club? , I'm in Benfica over 3 years now and I haven't received a single proposal. I have good seasons, won 3 championships cup, 2 finals in the champions league and 1 semi-final. Should anyone by now made a proposal to me to train another club????

6 seasons!! thats absurd! so unreal!!! in real life if you have good results it takes a year, maximum two years for clubs start to want you! man so unreal...6 years!
