Ok, the biggest and most problematic mistake ive made is signing too many player in the summer :( and now im struggling to pull together a decent string of results

Whats the mistake you've have made and learn t from?

Could it be a player with a bad attitude or maybe you drove your team financially down the pan? (which i did with sunderland in fm10)

Post your mistakes here lol so we can all learn from the error of our ways

Signing Gai Assulin has really been the only mistake on my only long term save.

Biggest mistake I made, was after reaching European football, was doing a Harry Redknapp and buying too many quality midfielders-and ructions ensued. 4 of them demanded transfers. Safe to say after finishing 1st previous season in prem, finished 13th following season, and gubbed in Europe. Learned the hard way

not a very big mistake but an annoying one... I signed craig gordon on a free for swindon in like 2015 in the last day of the free transfer window but obviously he missed the registration window so he couldn't play until january...

also signing scott carson for 6.5 million, god I hate myself! :S XD

Signing Adriano for free in a West Brom save 3/4 seasons in. It was a big mistake for two reasons: 1 I've never had a player cause so much disruption ever (he missed training in his FIRST week at the club) and 2 I was also trying to bring Dzeko in on a free, united bidded for him and I could no longer break the bank on his wages because of Adriano

Signed Marc Albrighton for Forest for like 12M..

God knows why..

Biggest mistake, Playing football manager when i had GCSE'S to do :'(

Rejecting an offer from Athletico Madrid to become their manager, a tycoon came in the next week and gave the current manager a **** of a lot of money. Athletico are now being tipped to offer Fernando Llorente the buyout clause on his contract :(

buying players i didnt need just because they where on "sales" :'(

Buyin the same players and the game becomed boring. Now I'm trying to sign players that I don't know much about and I have a great apetite for FM. On the other hand, I was very inspired when I chosed not to buy the game before the latest patch is released. I would have been so frustrated to pay overy 50 euros and have so many bugs. If they will fix current bugs (transfer system, tactics ..) I will buy it in an instant, but nor before.

Signing Dzeko. Lost load of money there ( due wages 170k/w) and then he leaves on free transfer to Aston Villa, scored hat trick in last game and costed me a title.

YES! I've signed him for Burnley but he's playing awfully. Wonderkid? Pah.
Eh, he was playing decently for me, but he was docked 24 weeks wages since he never turned up for 12 training sessions.

selling andrej kramaric, went on to score 20+ goals in his first season for newcastle. and i only sold him for 5 mill :(

signing Zezinho,..after 6 season being loaned out in the same division,..season 7 he's back with almost the same stat, only one thing i notice, he became as natural left back...
same thing goes to Iker Muniain and Alcater ....

Weird, on my save Iker Muniain is the best striker in the world, apart from Neymar.
