OI not working!

Alright guys some help please, when i put on OI pre-match they disappear as it goes to the game, as i found out when i went 1-0 to Cesena (I'm Fiorentina) from the Tight Marking and Closing Down instructions going back to No Specific Instructions.

Repeatedly throughout the match i have to check and re add the instructions in.

Anyone else found this?

Yeh about 15 mins after posting this I realised it matches to what the Assistant thinks. I just presumed you'd be able to override it in game.
