I've tried a bit back and forth with recommending an older player that he become a coach when he hangs up his boots.
The player agrees and asks if I want him to make himself available right now.
I've tried saving the game before asking him that, and agreeing to him becoming a coach/getting his staff stats.
However, if I load the same game and ask him again his coaching stats will be completely different each time.
This is a CB so his defence training is always decent, but stuff like tactical coaching, working with youngsters, DDM
and playing style (fav. formation, pressing style, notable tendencies) are totally random!
I first was wondering whether its a good idea to let them get their staff stats as early as possible, or wait until they're closer to hanging up the boots,
but after trying this it seems nothing I do really matters?
Anyone have any experience with this?
