Oliver Burke - worth buying?

Oliver Burke is available for £4.5 million end of the first season, my scouts say "worth keeping an eye on" but his potential ability looks surprisingly low. Worth a punt? I'm Inter Milan.

Definitely I have him playing as a right winger and he has it nailed. He is definitely ready for the first team in season two in my view.

ManUMad has also given RB Leipzig a try and gave Burke a strong recommendation. Haven't read anyone saying he's not worth it yet, so....
