dont know if i was just lucky but i played him up front on his own and as a complete forward but i might of been lucky with that he scored :17 in 21 with 5 assists and player of the year on my west ham save hope this helps but i can't guarantee it worksoO):S
poacher is the best in my opinion. 15 goals and 2 assists in 15 matches with a pacey partner, darwin quintero. actually it looks like he is quiet versatile. but when you make him play target man, he is getting lost at the field.
IRL life he is a targetman, but fm doesn't seem to like this type of player too much, create your own personalised settings to suit him, don't bother with a 'role'
definitely target man...attack option...play him upfront on his own..with an advanced playmaker behind him...along with atleast one good winger with good crossing attributes...he ll score many headers...nd ya..in corner settings..put him in the far post..that myt also add some goals from set pieces...
