OLT Expanded Hair Pack download help!!es

downloaded this ages ago and my folders currently look like this:
common>footballmanager2013>data>facegen>hair>olt hairpack
and then in this folder there are the following folders:
-afro
-asian
-euro
-hispanic
-mixed race
-olt hairpack (this folder contains: afro, asian, euro, hispanic, mixed race)

Why aren't they showing up? I've waited for several youth recruitments, I've started new saves and I've tried redownloading it but they still dont show, just the default ones!!!
Any help would be apreciatted so so much

I think you need to put those folders in the game directory (steam), not in My Documents.

There's a readme file i think

They are already (steam>steamfiles>common etc)
