But I was fan M.Bielsa tactic in 2015 with OM, and it was not a 4231, but a 3331.

Hi! I am a fan of Bielsa. It seems that the tactic is good, but I think that it should be more similar to the original if you set the 2 midfielders as 2 halfback position (if you look at Romao at OM and Thiago Maia at LOSC, their position was that). However, I don't know exactly which role to set for them.. Maybe it could be halfback and 2M.
