Just finished first season with arsenal won the treble signed tevez wanting a new CB got 20million Dosent have to just be a CB just need ideas please

You can try Alex Song in DC too with ball playing defender duty i think . Send Mertesacker , he is so slow

I'm in season 2 with Arsenal as well. I signed Sidney Sam to play on the left wing and he has been pretty dominant for me.

Koscielny, Vermaelen and Djourou works really well for me... In fact Djourou with 34 appearance score 11 goals. Djourou works best under central defender role with defend duty. As for Koscielny, he works best as a ball-playing defender with a defending duty for me. I won 4 trophy without buying any new CB. Arsenal's original CB except mertesacker is good enough to win Champions Cup so I don't see very much problem... And they ain't 30 years old yet after 2 seasons

I got rid of all the older players, and replaced them with youth. I sold Arteta, Koscienly, Djourou, Arshavin (first season - Jan), Rosicky (first season - Jan), Almunia (first season), Fabianski (first season), Squilaci (first season), Park Chu-Young, Marouane Chamakh (first season)
and put Diaby, Denilson, and Santos on loan (nobody would bid for them...)
I then invested in youth: A couple of regens (one with 188PA, the other with 182PA, as well as a few with 170-180PA), Kovacic, Felipe Anderson, Iker Muniain, Mbaye Niang, Carlos Fierro (free), Yaya Sanogo (free), Marc Munisia (free), Lorenzo Cristieg (free), Emre Can (1.5mil~), and, Hulk (29mil), Thiago Silva (29mil), Rene Adler (12.5mil) and Carlos Tevez (16mil) - although the last four weren't really young.
Now, the average age of my squad is 21.36 - and Bacary Sagna is the oldest player at the club.
I won the league in my first year, and, currently, I am on track to do the same again. With a back four of Bacary Sagna, Thiago Silva, Thomas Vermaelan, Kieran Gibbs, and Rene Adler in goal, we aren't conceding much. And, with van Persie, Tevez up front, Hulk and Gervinho on the wings, and Ramsey(who scores amazing long distance goals)/Wilshere and Song, we absolutely dominate our opponents defence.

Oh, and Van Persie was in the World Team of the Year, and Mertesacker(!) and Tevez were named amongst the subs. Ronaldo won the Ballon d'Or, while van Persie, again, came third. (Guess who came second... Messi)

I bought emre can but sadly... He got into a 9months injuiry and became a burden instead... Emre Can is a really good player to replace Arteta for my tactics but oh well... Anyway good for you since you won the league with your squad... But for me I am tight on my cash so any young players that go above 20mil will not be on my radar... I use handanovic for my goalkeeper and he was in the sub for world team of the year. Also walcott was in my world team of the year for striker and so was sagna for RB. Arshavin on the left wing as well Gervinho and Arteta on the sub. In my opinions, the original Arsenal players are already kick ***... But modify it as you want it is better to have youth then work on older players...
