I am playing as birmingham, I had a good run of form but now i can't get any stability at all. Is there anything specific that people do to turn this bad run of form around and to get back to winning ways.

Any specific team talks, player interactions, tactics or anything in training? Or anything else that works.

I need to do something!!!!

Thanks.

What kinda goals are you conceding m8 ? Shots or corners or anything like that?

they keep getting me on the break or getting fast players just sprinting through the defence.

what formation do you play and if you could post a screen shot of your squad it would be a lot easier to offer any advice.

the formation is a basic 4-4-2

...............................Taylor................................
Parnaby.........Taylor.........Ridgewell.........Murphy....
Sinclair..........Lopez..........Bowyer.........Mcsheffrey.
....................Mcfadden...............Phillips...............

Subs:

O'Connor (CF)
Jaidi CB or RB
Augustien (CM)
Carsley (DMF)
Johnson (RM)

All midfield arrows are forward, full back arrows are forward and I play a slow tempo, short passing style.

is it your first season? You should deffo sign some better players.

Against the stronger teams take the forward arrows off. I suggest you use a tried and tested tactic from any of the following links. For lower leagues the Brian Clough tactic is great but for solid prem tactics try those by the better half...

Tweak them slightly if you wish to suit your team.
