Online game play help

me and my friend are trying to play online but its not working, ive set one up with different friends before and it worked fine using hamachi but this time when i type in his hamachi number on join server it just doesnt do anything help please

yeah i know that topic is there :S like i say i know how to do all that i just was woundering if there was some other problem as i do all that and it doesnt work
