online game transfer problems

hey guys just wondered if anyone could help out me and my mate started an online game he set it up and i joined it we sorted our teams out then i bid for a few players all my bids were accepted but when i went to offer contract it took me to the players contract offer page which said you can only offer a contract when you have a bid accepted so i clicked offer contract again and it brought the contract offer up but said player dosent want to discuss terms with you this happened with 5 players so far does anyone know why this is happening? my mate can sign players straight away with no problems is there any fixs for it?

i had this problem when i first started playing online games. Turn the timer of if you have it on that sorted it for me
