Online mode problems

i cant seem to create an online game and get it to work it can been seen but not joinable or it is joinable and the other players/players cannot play the game stops and only allows drop downs to be functional and nothing else for example when you click on tactics nothing happens.

I NEED HELP !

1) Uninstall Hamachi as this may cause conflict with the Steam network games.

2) The host hosting the game should try having a unique "Server Name" so that their friends can find it by searching for the Server Name.

3) Try changing Download Region in Steam -> Settings -> Downloads + Cloud -> Change Region.

4) If there are still issues with connecting, try reinstalling the network card driver, as directed by this link:

5) Still no luck, try the following from Steam's knowledgebase:

hasn't worked fore me tried all the the things you said to do and nothing

Sounds like your issue is firewall related. Need to allow ports for FM13 and steam.
