Or am I consigned to going through the hassle of upgrading to Mac 10.5.8/10.6x?
Cheers in advance.

Im running on 10.5.8Hey, could you do me a huge favour and click the Apple in your top left corner and then "About this Mac" and tell me what you're running? If you're doing it below 10.5 I must be able to too.
Really...Yes to both, would need to pay for the upgrade and buy an external hard drive to back up files.
I heard something somewhere about patches that make the game compatible with older versions of Mac- is this a thing?
ahhh i realise now your on tiger, ye it would cost to update :Smfage- my problem is to jump from 10.4-10.5 costs- it's an upgrade from one platform of Mac to another (Tiger to Leopard).
