so if anyone comes across or knows where i can get one, let me know cheers!!!:)

its not that easy to obtain an option file for the 360. I you do find a working download you then need some sort of device, I forget details of it.
Anyway this forum will help you out more, and some usefull links to help you on this page http://www.pesgaming.com/showthread.php?t=66305

To get an Option File for the Xbox 360 working it involves having a modded Xbox that requires you to burn a custom PES 2009 image with all the edited teams and then burn it to a disc.

The PS3 on the other hand, as easy as copy and pasting files over to your system.

well thats an advantage the Ps3 has over the 360 :(, a killer for me that one, pro is the game I play the most to

you do not need a modded Xbox. However its not as simple as the ps3.
You need to buy this

Make sure you have a default PES 2009 Edit file: In xbox360 dashboard; go to System, select your 360 HDD and copy the Edit File from the HDD to your memory card.

1.- Extract the files to a folder named PES.
2.- Plug in your memory unit into the usb cable.
3.- Run Xport 360 software. Download here -> http://us.codejunkies.com/support/ar...article_id=272
4.- Double click on Memory Unit 360 and then Partition 2.
5.- Double click on content.
6.- Click on E00002B45A53B92B. (This number might be different in euro version)
7.- Click on 4B4E07F0.
8.- Click on 00000001.
9.- Drag every file on the folder PES to 00000001.
10.- Close Xport 360.
11.- Transfer the files to your xbox 360 HDD in the main menu under memory. If it says to overwrite, accept.

and here is an up to date link for a good up to date option file http://www.file-upload.net/download-1588408/troedelbaer_OF_v3.1.rar.html
