I don't tend to get lots of them, but when I do they tend to be 35+ yards.

I keep getting penalties galore. Vs Blackpool I got three penalties, all from fouls committed when I was putting in a set piece. My player whips in a free kick/corner and they clearly kept tugging and tripping me. Personally I'm happy to see referees clamp down on this sort of thing
