If there's enough interest then we'll split those who do it based on domestic cup wins or something. It ends when Ron Vlaar retires however if you're lucky you could bring him in as a coach. Who ever can give Ron Vlaar the most lucrative career possible will have proved themselves to truly be one of the best managers in the world. Additional brownie points if he wins individual honours while under your management.
