Only been playing Fm2012 after sticking with FM2010 for a long time. Quick questions on the opposition instructions screen.
In 99% of my pre game set up i cannot ask my assistant manager for his advice. He is greyed out and when i mouse over him it says that he does not have the tactical training to be able to give advice or something similar. He has a tactical training attribute of 12 and i'm playing in the Italian 4th Division so its not like hes very poor in relation to my team. Any reason for this?
Also i can ask advice from my other coaches (attacking, defence) but they always seem to select/dot the same 6 or 7 oposition positions. It seems like a default selection rather than them actually 'thinking' about it. Is this right?
