ORIYASIN UNVEILED AS VIOLA MANAGER!
Fiorentina have finally announced controversial flavour of the month,
Daniel Oriyasin, as their new head coach. The former Turkey International
is a topic for conversation in England right now after Mike Ashley's outburst
slamming the gaffer. The Viola however have taken a punt on the young man,
hoping he can turn their season around. The team from Florence are currently
languishing in 20th, dead bottom, of Serie A and have failed to pick up a win
in their nine games thus far. It will be interesting to see how this scenario plays out.
The former Inter winger has signed a deal to the end of the season, a request that
was apparently made by him.

Serie A

So far we are doing incredibly poorly in Serie A,
which is incredibly disappointing. The board are
expecting a Europa League qualification so there's
a lot of work to be done. Aiming for a top six finish
regardless, looking forward to the challenge.
Europa League

We are performing very well so far in Europe, it's been a
welcome relief to the league. I'm hoping to make it to at
least the quarters but I would love to win some silverware.
Copa Italia

In the first round of the cup we will be taking on either Genoa
or Sampdoria. A cup run will be intriguing as winning it would
get us a Europa League place. I'm unsure of how to take this
competition but I'll make some decisions when the time comes.

Our form this season has been appalling, other than our performances
in Europe we have been bitterly disappointing. I will be hoping for a good
run in the next few weeks to rocket us up the table.
Squad:

I am not 100% satisfied with out squad at the moment. I will be looking to
bring in some reinforcements in January. I am also disheartened by how many
injuries we have at the moment, with only
ONE fit center back. It'll be a bit of
a juggling job until everyone is back fit. We have a transfer budget of just over
£15m so I'll look to use it wisely and try bring in some good players.
Key Players:

I will be looking towards a few star performers to take charge of
our European push. I have identified these three as the main cogs
in our machine. I feel as if
Borja Valero will help dictate games and
be our main creative force. Finishing the chances made by Valero will
hopefully be former Bayern Munich forward,
Mario Gomez, this man
has the potential to be absolutely lethal in front of goal. Lastly we have
our club captain
Manuel Pasqual. His crossing will be vital to our attacks
and his versatility down the left is important in both of our major tactics.
Tactics:

I will primarily be looking to play a
3-5-2 this season. I believe it suits our
club quite well as a whole, however in January we will probably need to sign a
right footed player to play on our right flank, however Mo Salah will have a chance
to prove himself until then. The
4-2-3-1 is just a basic formation that we will revert to
if the 3-5-2 fails to produce. I will probably start with it as we only have one uninjured
center back, another thing we'll look to improve on in January.

Just thought it'd be cool to do this to give my manager a little back story.
