Our ratings

First manager I start playing was FM 2005 and since than I wondering why we dont have ratings /attacking,defending,goalkeeping,motivating,woking with jungsters,etc/ like all other managers,scouts,coaches,psyhos,etc...

I hope you understand questions and I hope I write this in good place!

Because you already know how good you are at these things,the reason other managers do is for your benefit only.

But doesn't those ratings affect playing.It would be crazy that one manager with 8 tactical knowledge 11 motivation win most of matches
